On July 15, Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk said that the last patrol ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet had left the occupied Crimea

"The last patrol ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is leaving our Crimea right now. Remember this day," Pletenchuk emphasized.
- On May 30, Vladyslav Selezniov, a military expert and colonel with the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who served as spokesman for Ukraine’s General Staff from 2014 to 2017, stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were steadily eroding the combat capabilities of Russian troops in Crimea.
- On June 17, Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk said that the Ukrainian military had managed to disable a third of the ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
- According to British intelligence, Ukrainian forces damaged or destroyed 26 ships of the Russian Navy operating in the Black Sea region between February 2022 and June 2024.
