Fire erupts at bitumen plant in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region
On Saturday, June 7, a fire broke out at a bitumen plant in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia
Andrii Kovalenko, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, reported the information.
According to him, it is most likely the bitumen plant in Kstovo that is burning. However, some Russian public channels are also reporting about the Lukoil oil refinery.
The local Telegram channel Podslushano Kstovo writes that a bitumen tank caught fire at the plant in the Kstovo district. It is noted that the fuel has spread over 100 square meters, and there is a risk that the flames could spread to neighboring storage tanks.
On June 3, the Ukrainian Security Service carried out a new, unique special operation and struck the Crimean bridge for the third time—this time underwater. As a result, the structure is now in an emergency condition.
The Ukrainian Navy reported that due to the explosion of one of the bridge’s supports, the Russians may be significantly limited in their ability to use the bridge for logistical purposes.
