Military medics are the number one target for Russians when they go to evacuate the wounded - head of NGO Military Medics of Ukraine

Andriy Kryvtsov, Chief of the NGO Military Medics of Ukraine, said this on Espreso.

"When military medics go to pick the wounded up, their cat becomes the number one target. We have this information and we communicate with them. A "safari" begins, as the Russians say. They are trying to destroy the ambulance with our military medics. And they, in turn, are trying to save as many people as possible. For every military medic, and there are not so many of them, these are hundreds of lives they have saved, brought back, snatched from the clutches of death," he said.
