Meeting of Council of Ministers of OSCE will be held without Russia's representative - FM Kuleba 

Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba wrote about this on Facebook.

“For the first time, the Council of Ministers of the OSCE will be held without a Russian minister. And that is right - there is nothing for him to do. They are only simulating negotiations. They are only simulating diplomacy. But in fact, they have made their choice: this choice is war and war crimes,” the head of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry said. 

He emphasized that today there will be many international events both at the level of the president and at the level of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in the evening he will go on an international business trip - first to Bucharest for the meeting of the Council of Ministers of NATO, and then to Łódź for the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the OSCE.
