Medvedchuk starts harassing Ukrainians from Moscow
Exchanged for Ukrainian prisoners of war and deprived of citizenship, Viktor Medvedchuk became an anatomist
He delivered a huge article titled "Ukrainian syndrome. Anatomy of modern military confrontation." for the Russian Izvestia newspaper.
As for the syndrome, I will say right away - there is a place for it here. More precisely, for Ukrainian authorities, which: a) hastily handed over Medvedchuk (despite the fact that our prisoners must be returned) into the hands of his crony; b) can't realize that unpunished evil multiplies and further harms.
As for the rest, I will pay attention to certain coincidences. Medvedchuk's opus came out just at the peak of resentment by Bankova street's (presidential office - ed.) actions - scandal with Arestovych and tactical departure of our defenders from Soledar. Medvedchuk knows that opponent should be beaten where it hurts most and at the most difficult time for him.
"Medvedchuk's opus came out just at the peak of resentment by Bankova street's actions - scandal with Arestovych and tactical departure of our defenders from Soledar. Medvedchuk knows that the opponent should be beaten where it hurts most and at the most difficult time for him."
Why am I talking about the Ukrainian authorities? Because in Medvedchuk's article, they are... accomplice and cause of Russian invasion. He said that Ukraine "didn't want to be anti-Russia" for a long time, but leaders of war parties: Poroshenko and... Zelenskyy pushed it to do so. The latter, writes Medvedchuk, came to power on pro-Russian hype, and became "personification of war."
And then Medvedchuk just couldn't stop. He told a tale about how the majority of residents of the east and southeast are against Zelenskyy's policy, because business there is closely connected with Russia.
After reading this propaganda work, you are left with the impression that the main addressees of Putin's crony were not Russians, but Ukrainians. An attempt to play on "war fatigue", to justify recent annexation of occupied parts of Ukraine's south-eastern regions and to intimidate resistance forces with "new, unseen weapons" interspersed with myths about existence of "peace party" that will save Ukraine from new destructive shelling.
"Medvedchuk, however, wastes efforts to promote capitulation sentiments among his former compatriots. What is the "party of peace"? 93 percent of Ukrainians are convinced that war should end with our return to the borders of 1991, if not with complete collapse of the Russian empire."

His tactics of "intimidation with gunboats" and "new weapons" are useless, because no amount of missile fire will stop Ukrainians on the way to victory. Because it will guarantee their survival as a nation before the threat of Putin's "final solution of the Ukrainian issue".
I think that Medvedchuk's article is one of the messages of "negotiation itch" of Putin, who fell into the trap of his own illusions and ambitions. War has been going on for almost a year, dead troops are coming to Russia in an unceasing stream, among Russian elite - discord and chaos. Yesterday's "friends" in Europe, such as the President of Czech Republic, Zeman, at the end of his tenure, admitted the falsity of their own sympathies for the Kremlin dictator. Sanctions act like anaconda, daily tightening their "hugs" around the Russian economy, setting it back for decades. Weapons, each time more powerful and more technological, not only help Ukrainian Armed Forces to grind Putin-Prigozhyn's cannon fodder, but with each new batch brings Ukraine closer to NATO standards.
"No one intends to "take into account Russian interests". Negotiations with them are possible only in international criminal court, perhaps even separate one for the Russian Federation (resolution on its creation will be considered and voted on by the UN General Assembly in the coming days)."

It is better for Medvedchuk to shut up and be happy that he got off only with loss of Ukrainian citizenship. Although, I am convinced that he will soon be on the dock of this tribunal together with those who unleashed criminal genocidal war in Europe.
