Mass killings of Ukrainians is the ideology and mentality not only of Russian soldiers, but of the entire population of Russia - Chubarov

"The mentality of Russians, or rather their army, has always been that they never spared their soldiers. For Russia, soldiers were and are cannon fodder. You don't need to look far into history. Only at the beginning of the 20th century did Russians throw their soldiers to the slaughter. I want to remind you that it was on the territory of Russia that such a proverb "women will give birth again" arose", explained Chubarov

Chubarov emphasized that the army, which does not spare its soldiers, will transfer its methods in even more cruel forms to the territories of the occupied countries.

"Putin set out not just to capture Kyiv, but to liquidate the Ukrainian state. For such purposes, Putin needed not only a large amount of military equipment and soldiers, but also hatred for the Ukrainians. If the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are inaccessible to the Russian invaders, then they do cruel things to their relatives, to the civilian population", added Chubarov

Chubarov also noted that not only Russian soldiers, but also the entire Russian population is guilty of massacres of Ukrainians.

"This is not an excess of the performer, they say, individual soldiers from downtrodden Russian villages are killing Ukrainians. No! This is the ideology and mentality of the Russian army and the entire population of Russia. In order to cure it, the necessary condemnation of all Russian people by the international community is required", Chubarov added.
