Offensive of Russian troops: a map of hostilities

In the central part of Kyiv, two rockets hit a residential building. One person was killed and 10 were injured.

On April 28,  Kyiv, Nemyshlyany, and Moscow districts of Kharkiv came under attack by  Russian occupiers.

Russians used phosphorous shells again, this time in Solovyov village in Ocheretyn community Donetsk region.

Russian occupiers' cruise missiles hit Fastov's infrastructure in  Kyiv region.

Russians fired a missile at an infrastructure facility in one of  territorial communities of Shepetivka district in Khmelnytsky region.

They fired on Velyka Kostromka Dnipropetrovsk region from "hail". One person died.

Occupiers attacked Sumy region again. Border guards recorded arrivals of more than 30 minutes, released from Russian village of Horodyshche. Mines exploded at the crossroads between three villages of Shostka district.

Russians made another attempt to advance from Izyum in directions of Sulyhivka - Nova Dmytrivka and Andriyivka - Velyka Komyshuvakha. But they suffered heavy losses and were forced to retreat.

In Kurakhiv direction of Donetsk region,  enemy tried unsuccessfully to advance in directions to Solodke and Novomykhailivka.

In  direction between Donetsk and Zaporizhia, enemy launched an offensive from Staromlynivka to Velyka Novosilka. They tried to take Neskuchne village and Vremivka near Velyka Novosilka, but it was unsuccessful.

Two more villages near Kharkiv were liberated: Kutuzivka, Lisne and Ruska Lozova. The last village is of strategic importance, because Kharkiv was shelled from their borders.

SSO soldiers destroyed an important infrastructure facility in enemy's rear in  south of Ukraine in Melitopol region and slowed down  supply of enemy units from the Crimean direction.

Air defense forces shot down three enemy missiles over Odesa district. In total, 5 "Caliber" and "X" missiles were shot down over Ukraine.

Another Su-34 fighter-bomber was shot down by an anti-aircraft missile unit of Air Force in Kharkiv region!
