Slovyansk was shelled with cluster bombs.  Residents are asked to evacuate.

Mykolaiv was fired at again, probably by use of cluster bombs.

The rashists fired missiles at Pavlograd and Zaporizhzhya, destroying the railway infrastructure. It also hit the island of Khortytsya.

Kharkiv is under constant heavy fire. The mayor of Kharkiv called for the evacuation of residents of Saltivka and Pyatyhatky districts.

On the third day, the invaders launched a massive offensive on Rubizhne and Popasna, as well as trying to break through the defenses near Barvinkove.

In the Kharkiv region, the Armed Forces developed success and advanced even further southeast of Chuguiv and partially entered Shevchenkove. Thus, creating a threat to the encirclement of "Izyum" group of invaders. This forced Russian troops to suspend the offensive on Svyatogirsk and withdraw some forces to cover the northern rear.

Fifteen air targets were destroyed by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with anti-aircraft gunners of the Land and Assault Forces, Marines and the National Guard, in the previous day: nine UAVs, three planes and three helicopters.

Humanitarian "green" corridors: map and cities

There will be no humanitarian corridors on April 22 due to the great threat.

About 70,000 more people have not been evacuated in the Luhansk region.

In the Kherson region, the invaders disrupted an evacuation and abducted the head of the Novovorontsov community during negotiations.
