Many fuel trucks head to Kherson from Mariupol: Mayor of Melitopol on Russian forces' build-up

Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov noted that new enemy units are arriving in the temporarily occupied territory of southern Ukraine, based on the coast of the Azov Sea and the Molochny Estuary, where they have training bases

He shared the statement on Espreso TV.

"We see a trend in several directions. First, on November 17, a huge number of fuel trucks were moving from the territory of temporarily occupied Mariupol towards Kherson. This is exactly what our residents have noticed. We also see more and more Russian units arriving on the territory of the temporarily occupied Melitopol region, which are often based on the coast of the Azov Sea and the Molochny Estuary, where they have training bases. So we understand that Russian enemy is amassing forces on the territory of the temporarily occupied south," said the mayor of Melitopol.

Ivan Fedorov summed up that despite the Russian losses in the Kherson sector, which is already confirmed by official military channels, and daily explosions in Berdyansk, Melitopol, and Tokmak, the Russian enemy continues to bring new units to the temporarily occupied south.
