This was reported by Reuters with reference to the statement of French President Emmanuel Macron.
"I proposed to the EU countries to establish a new fund worth EUR 100 million, which would allow Ukraine to buy weapons from European manufacturers," Macron said.
The new fund will give Ukraine's Armed Forces the opportunity to communicate directly with manufacturers and purchase weapons from them. The French president also confirmed his readiness to provide Ukraine with additional Caesar self-propelled guns.
