Lviv paratroopers seize Russian army Typhoon armored car as a trophy
Paratroopers with the Ukrainian Armed Forces' 80th Detached Airborne Assault take the a Russian army KamAZ-63968 Typhoon armored personnel carrier as a trophy.
The Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine states, "Espreso.West" reports.
According to StratCom, its cost without equipment starts at $2 million.

Additional information: 80th Separate Airborne Assault Division is a military unit within the Airborne Assault Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the spring of 2014, it was among the first to be raised to repel Russian aggression, the units were sent to the northeastern borders of Ukraine. Servicemen of the division took part in the first battle of the war in Donbass on April 13, 2014 near Semenivka, later they took part in battles for Slovyansk. Since 2016, the division has been reformed into an Amphibious Assault Division and received a tank unit.
