The city lives despite darkness, dim light and cold. People run to get warm and drink hot coffee where the generators work loudly, or to those establishments that are lucky enough to catch the hours of turning on the lights.
Despite the difficult conditions, electric transport continues to operate whenever possible. Cars at non-working traffic lights let pedestrians through. In public transport, residents share who already has light and who is still waiting for it to appear, lively discussions about burners, generators and different ways of lighting and heating their homes.
