Lukashenko outlines the conditions under which the Belarus army will be used against Ukraine

This was stated by the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Belta reports.

"We are not going to do anything until you cross the red line. As soon as you cross our border or aim (your missiles) at the Mozyr Refinery, we will respond immediately," the dictator said.

According to Lukashenko, Belarus is not going to fight on Ukrainian soil.

"They will understand: if they hit Mozyr, we will hit Kyiv without entering Ukraine. They must understand that. But in order to strike, we need to have something to strike. And we have everything it takes," he said.
