Minsk has held a ceremony to honor the state symbols on the day of the national flag, coat of arms, and anthem of Belarus, but self-proclaimed President Alexander Lukashenko did not attend

It is noted that Lukashenko's appearance at this ceremony was important for him, as he has not appeared in public space for five days.
His official website posted a greeting on the occasion, but he did not attend the ceremony. Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko spoke at the ceremony and read out an address from Lukashenko.
