"Looting of unreal scale is taking place in Kherson. Russians are taking almost everything out of the city - from metal-plastic windows, office chairs, refrigeration equipment, telecommunications equipment to architectural monuments and museum and religious exhibits. Russians are taking medical equipment," Holovnia emphasized.
According to him, public transport of Kherson is already near Crimea and transports Russian military personnel.
"The occupiers are actually leaving Kherson without an important transport infrastructure that ensures the citizens' daily life. Kherson's communal and state enterprises have also been looted," Holovnia added.
Ukrainian fighters continue to control the situation in the South Buh direction. During the day, on October 30, the missile and artillery units of the Southern Defense Forces carried out 156 fire missions.
