Andrii Niebytov, the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region, informs about this.
"Local residents found a box full of ammunition at the former enemy positions in Bucha district," the law enforcement officer wrote.
Explosives experts of the Kyiv region examined them and found three zincs with detonators. There were reportedly 75 Russian M-6 mortar mines.
"We are sincerely grateful to the local residents for the timely notification of the dangerous object," Niebytov emphasized.
Law enforcers ask Ukrainians to call 102 immediately if they find suspicious items.
