Lithuanian Defense Minister Arvydas Anusauskas announced that the country will be the first in the world to purchase US-made Switchblade 600 drones
Anushauskas said this in an interview with the LRT national broadcaster.
"Yes, in the coming days there will be another contract with the manufacturer, in this case Switchblade 600. These are combat drones with a combat range of 40 kilometres, and we will be the first country in the world to purchase them next year," said the head of the Lithuanian Defense Ministry.
