Volunteer Oleksiy Kurtsev told about this on Espreso.
"Life is returning little by little. The local authorities are starting to do everything to start up electricity, water and gas. They are starting to work very actively on the ground. Mobile operators are starting to work near the towers along the highway. Everything is moving very quickly," he said.
According to the volunteer, everything will be restored as much as possible within a month.
"People need food, hygiene products, medicines. I think that Starlink should be installed so that there is some kind of communication. We need gas stoves, generators, warm things. Absolutely everything is needed. Everything can be transported in the next month," Kurtsev said.
