Kyiv's Respublika Park pays UAH 122M in taxes, donates tens of millions to charity in 2023

In 2023, the shopping mall Respublika Park in Ukraine's capital paid UAH 122.4 million in taxes and fees to the state budget. In addition, Respublika Park, together with the group's partners, donated more than UAH 27 million to charity, including aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the purchase of medical equipment for the Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital

The company reported this in its press release.

These results were achieved thanks to the mall's visitors, who numbered over 15 million last year.

"In 2023, despite the challenges of the war, our shopping mall paid more than UAH 120 million in taxes to the state budget. I want to note that this is only what the mall itself paid. All companies and shops represented in our mall pay taxes separately. At the same time, we have been actively involved in charity - we have transferred more than UAH 27 million to help the Armed Forces, as well as affected families and children. We believe that business should support Ukraine in this difficult time, both financially and on a humanitarian level," said Yulia Shchaslyva, CEO of Respublika Park shopping mall.

Respublika Park is a significant social and infrastructure facility with more than 280 stores and over 8,000 jobs. Given the importance of taxes in the system of ensuring state budget revenues, Respublika Park cooperates with responsible international and national businesses that together pay taxes to the state budget and implement charitable projects.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Respublika Park has been actively supporting charitable initiatives and projects to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, rebuild housing, support families with children affected by the war, and treat children with cancer.

Together with its partners, Respublika Park shopping mall managed to implement charitable projects with the National Bank of Ukraine, fundraising platforms Come Back Alive, UNITED24, charitable foundations Tabletochki, Ukraine-EU. Development and Reconstruction, and the Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital.

The mall's team includes volunteers who support the military brigades, regularly make purchases and deliver to their destinations according to their needs.

Respublika Park continues to operate and, together with its partners, contribute to the country's economy.
