Kremlin reports Peskov visits occupied Luhansk

This is reported by the Russian media.  

According to Kiriyenko, in Luhansk Peskov allegedly held lectures for representatives of the "press services" and journalists from the occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and on November 9 he returned to Moscow.

"Grateful to Dmitry Sergeyevich Peskov. He only returned last night from Luhansk, where he conducted a training program for representatives of the media and press services," Kiriyenko said.
