Sources of the publication in the administration of Vladimir Putin claim that despite the failure at the front, the Russian dictator has not abandoned his initial plans for Ukraine.
In particular, the Kremlin hopes that with the help of the mobilization of the Russian Federation it will be possible to seize the initiative in the war, advance deep into Ukraine and, possibly, capture Kharkiv and Odesa.
Russians plan to start peace talks only after occupying as much territory as possible in Ukraine.
At the same time, Bloomberg notes that such intentions of the Russian Federation do not correspond to its current position at the front.
"It is unlikely that 300,000 poorly trained and motivated conscripts will be able to change the situation on the battlefield. Military analysts say that they will probably be enough only to slow down the offensive of Ukraine," the American publication believes.
