Kremlin declares it will not hand over nuclear weapons to Lukashenko
At a meeting with the self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss the transfer of nuclear missiles.

Russian President spokesman Dmitry Peskov made this statement in a comment to RIA Novosti.
"The president did not talk about it. He talked about complexes that are technically capable of carrying different types of weapons," Peskov said, answering a question whether there will be a transfer of nuclear missiles to Minsk.
