Kostiantynivka is extremely dangerous, people need to evacuate – Donetsk region police 

She said this on Espreso TV. 

“Over the past day, 18 localities in the Donetsk region came under Russian fire. There are dead and wounded people. We are under fire from all available types of weapons,” Havrylko noted. 

According to her, the Russian forces are using aircraft, drones, rockets and artillery.

“The most critical humanitarian situation is in Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Vuhledar, Marinka and Krasnohorivka. The Russians are constantly shelling Kostiantynivka, which is becoming extremely dangerous for civilians. It is necessary to speed up the evacuation from there,” Havrylko emphasized.

• The Ukrainian authorities will soon try to evacuate all civilians from Avdiivka, all residents of Marinka were evacuated from the town at the beginning of the year.

• The level of fighting along the entire frontline has dropped significantly due to the rains. The Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Russian Armed Forces are preparing for counteroffensives.
