Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the occupying Russian army has lost more than 750,000 troops in the war in Ukraine

Russia's total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to December 6, 2024, are approximately:

  • personnel - about 750,610 (+1,660),
  • tanks - 9,514 (+8),
  • armored fighting vehicles - 19,518 (+46), 
  • artillery systems - 21,043 (+20),
  • MLRS - 1,253 (+0),
  • air defense systems - 1,020 (+0),
  • aircraft - 369 (+0),
  • helicopters - 329 (+0),
  • UAVs of operational and tactical level - 20,023 (+46),
  • cruise missiles - 2,857 (+2),
  • ships/boats - 28 (+0),
  • submarines - 1 (+0),
  • vehicles and fuel tanks - 30,899 (+56),
  • special equipment - 3,633 (+3).

  • On the night of December 6, Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 32 of 53 Russian drones in six regions.
