Russian karate team coach eliminated by Ukrainian forces at front
Alexei Khodykin, the head coach of the Kemerovo region karate team, was killed in the war in Ukraine

The Russian Karate Federation reported on October 1.
Khodykin fought alongside the Russian occupation forces and was eliminated by Ukrainian defense forces while on a “combat mission.”
He led the Novokuznetsk Karate Federation and served as the head coach for the Kemerovo region national team.

Over the past day, the Russian army lost 1,370 soldiers in the war in Ukraine. Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 44 Russian armored vehicles and shot down 98 drones.
