- cruise missiles – 3,864 (+0);
- ships/boats – 28 (+0);
- submarines – 1 (+0);
- vehicles and fuel tanks – 65,026 (+134);
- special equipment – 3,980 (+0).
The data is being clarified.
- On the night of October 21, the Russian army launched attack drones and guided aerial bombs at Ukraine. Nine people were injured in Kharkiv. Power outages were reported in the Chernihiv region.
