Russia loses 1,410 troops, 10 tanks and 24 artillery systems in one day of war in Ukraine

Ukrainian Armed Forces’ General Staff reported the information

Russia's total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to April 2, 2025, are approximately:

• personnel - about 918,180 (+1,410),
• tanks - 10,515 (+10),
• armored fighting vehicles - 21,880 (+24), 
• artillery systems - 25,576 (+24),
• MLRS - 1,347 (+0),
• air defense systems - 1,123 (+0),
• aircraft - 370 (+0),
• helicopters - 335 (+0),
• UAVs operational-tactical level - 31,505 (+43),
• cruise missiles - 3,123 (+0),
• ships/boats - 28 (+0),
• submarines - 1 (+0),
• vehicles and fuel tanks - 42,687 (+41),
• special equipment - 3,787 (+0).

• 141 combat clashes took place in the frontline since the beginning of the day on April 1. Most of them occurred in the Pokrovsk direction. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 45 attacks, and 7 are still ongoing.
