The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported this.
A car caught fire because of a projectile hit. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire. A burnt body was found in the car. The victim is being identified.
A woman also died as a result of the shelling.
Prokudin suggested that families with children may be forced to evacuate the regional center.
