Kherson is "not threatened", the region is "fully under the protection of the Russian Federation's professional forces": new fakes from Moscow

This was reported by the Center for Combating Disinformation at the National Security Council.

Thus, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated: "The Kyiv regime continues its provocations to create a man-made disaster at the Zaporizhzhia NPP. In order to launch an attack on the territory of the ZNPP, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation used a drone... (which it managed to shoot down while approaching the special corps No. 1, where  solid radioactive waste is stored".

The Russian media also reported that "the accusations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for shelling the Zaporizhia NPP look fantastic, (because, - ed.) instead of simply cutting off electricity to Ukraine, the Russian Federation is shelling an object controlled by itself... and destroying the wires that supply electricity to Ukraine  , artillery fire".

In turn, the collaborator-"head"of the Kherson region, Stremousov, spread disinformation: "Kherson region is completely under the protection of professional soldiers from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Several lines have been built to protect against possible encroachments of Ukraine. Nothing threatens Kherson."
