Invading Russian forces report killing of "deputy head of Military Civil Administration" and wife in Berdyansk

According to his information, "deputy head of the Berdyansk Military Civil Administration for housing and communal services" Oleh Boiko and his wife Liudmyla Boiko, who headed "the city's territorial election commission for the referendum" were killed near their own garage.
