The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported this on Telegram.
"According to the decision of the Belgorod administration, city hall employees, managers, and employees of municipal institutions are promised to be paid a double salary in rubles during their possible employment in the DPR and LPR", it is noted.
In addition, the city budget compensates per diem and other expenses. Allowances are issued in hryvnias at the rate of: 50% - to the head of the administration; 40% - to the first and some other deputies; 30% - to heads of departments and their deputies, as well as chief and leading specialists.
"Promises of increased payments are connected with the categorical reluctance of Russian officials to go to Ukraine due to fears for their own safety. However, despite these offers, Russians continue to refuse to go on a dangerous business trip en masse", the Main Directorate of Intelligence said.
It is known that the leadership of the Belgorod region of Russia supports the occupation of the Luhansk region: "From September, schools are planned to be opened there with the participation of teachers from Belgorod. Kindergarten teachers from the Russian Federation are also sent there".
In general, they plan to allocate RUB 1.6 billion from the Belgorod budget. While the approved budget deficit for 2022 is RUB 30.8 billion.
