Invading Russian forces launch missile attack at Kyiv region, damaging infrastructure
On the morning of October 15, occupying Russian forces launched a missile attack on one of the Kyiv region's communities, damaging the infrastructure facility

It is noted that the infrastructure facility was severely damaged.
"Specialists of NEC Ukrenergo are already working to restore the reliability of energy supply in Kyiv and the central region," the message says.
However, the Dispatch Center of Ukrenergo warned that it is possible to use emergency shutdown schedules.
Oleksii Kuleba, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, reported this earlier.
"A missile attack on one of the communities of the region. All services are working, and rescuers are on the spot. So far, there are no victims," he wrote.
