Invading Russian forces attack Odesa with kamikaze drones: administration building is on fire

On September 25, invading Russian forces struck the center of Odesa with kamikaze drones, hitting the administration building

According to Operational Command South, Odesa was again attacked by Russian kamikaze drones. The Russians hit the administration building in the center of the city three times. The rescue operation and fire extinguishing are ongoing.

One drone was shot down by the Ukrainian air defense forces. There are no casualties.

Later, the mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, said that according to preliminary data, residential buildings and structures around the epicenter of the explosion were slightly damaged.

"Our task now is to ensure the life of the city, including the release of public transport on the routes, which will be done in the near future," Trukhanov said. 

He added that from the first minutes, employees of the city's communal services were next to the rescuers and helped in eliminating the consequences of the explosion.
