The Russian army in Kharkiv shelled a polyclinic in the Osnovyansky district, where a center for issuing humanitarian aid is located

This was reported by the regional police on Facebook.

"As a result of the morning shelling of civilian infrastructure from multiple launch missile systems, 7 civilians were injured, 4 of them died", the report says.

They added that not a single military facility is located nearby.
