"The shelling of the civilian population in the Luhansk region does not stop. The destruction of infrastructure and the residential sector is catastrophic. Burning houses in Popasna, Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, unexploded shells on the streets are today's realities of our cities", commented the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Gaidai.

In Rubizhne, the aggressor destroyed the Khrystalyk boarding school for the visually impaired, the city hospital, three schools and other "military facilities", the report says.

"Four people have died under shelling", the Regional State Administration said.

"Military, police, rescuers of the State Emergency Service, doctors and volunteers work on the verge of human capabilities 24/7, saving people. Delivery of technical water and humanitarian aid has been organized in all settlements of the region", Gaidai added.

Recall that earlier, as a result of the shelling of the city of Rubizhne, Luhansk region, by the Russian invasion forces, a section of the railway track in the area of ​​​​the railway crossing was destroyed.
