People receive information on their phones via PSYOP technology. Someone from the military said that there is such a story. There is constant pressure on the population that there will be a powerful offensive against the Kharkiv region and Kharkiv city, and that it may be captured," he emphasized.
Skoryk noted that Ukrainians can’t win under constant psychological attacks. However, he claims Kharkiv residents have already gotten used to it and are no longer afraid.
On January 23, the intelligence service reported that Russian forces might try to cross the border with Ukraine in the Kupyansk direction (Kharkiv region). The Ukrainian Defense Intelligence also predicts an escalation in Donbas in February and March.
