Information about alleged new Russian offensive spreads in Kharkiv region - Oleksandr Skoryk

Residents of the Kharkiv region receive messages on their phones that Russia is going to launch an offensive again

This was reported by Kharkiv Regional Council deputy Oleksandr Skoryk on Espreso TV channel.

"We cannot live in fear of war all the time. We cannot live in fear of the information that is constantly being made on our territory, such as that Kharkiv will soon be captured and that we have 400 T-90s on the other side. People receive information on their phones via PSYOP technology. Someone from the military said that there is such a story. There is constant pressure on the population that there will be a powerful offensive against the Kharkiv region and Kharkiv city, and that it may be captured," he emphasized.

Skoryk noted that Ukrainians can’t win under constant psychological attacks. However, he claims Kharkiv residents have already gotten used to it and are no longer afraid.
