He told about this on Espreso TV.

"The Ukrainian army in the future has all the prerequisites for destroying the enemy in the occupied territories and entering the borders of 1991 in the spring of next year. In agglomerations (concentration of cities and other populated areas in a certain territory - ed.) our troops can move regardless of the weather,  and now our reserves are transferred to the area of Donetsk agglomerations: from Svatove, Kreminna, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Donetsk to Vuhledar. Therefore, while the rains are coming, Ukrainian forces will try to de-occupy some agglomeration points, like Kreminna, Rubizhne,

Severodonetsk, Lysychansk is a good agglomeration for de-occupation.  It is also possible to work on the Svatove bridgehead even in the rain, that is, this is exactly what we will do now," said the reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Roman Svitan added that further the movement of our troops will continue with access to the Azov coast in order to cut the Russian land corridor to Crimea.

"After we encirle the enemy's Crimean-Kherson grouping, we will de-occupy the Kherson region and Crimea. And after clearing our rear, it will be our turn to deal with Donbas. First, we will enter Luhansk and cut off the Donetsk grouping from Russia by exiting to Taganrog, and we will be de-occupying Donbas, and Donetsk will be the last city that we will liberate, and this will happen by the spring of next year," the military expert said.

Svitan noted that Putin has the opportunity to turn the war into a long-term one and he has mobilization resources for this, old Soviet equipment. However, today the front line can already be seen, which will be formed in the spring-summer of 2023.

"The front line will be along the border of Ukraine with the Russian Federation as of 1991, that is, the borders of five Russian regions will be the front line: Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Rostov. It is on this front lines that Putin is preparing to hold "evil" Ukrainians and  NATO from an "attack" on its territory, that is, the paradigm will change. Putin will put the Russians in victim mode, that Russia is being "attacked" by Ukrainians under the wing of NATO," Svitan commented.
