In Kharkiv region, 3 people were killed and 7 were injured in  new shelling, -  head of regional military administration 

This was announced by head of  Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov.

"There are no children among the victims, but 2 people are in serious condition. Emergency medical teams are working in an intensive mode. We ask residents to be extremely careful, if possible - not to leave the shelters!", - said in a statement.
