This was stated by the head of the Department of Youth, Sports and Image Projects of the Izyum City Council Maxym Strelnyk.
"The fighting in Izyum does not subside. The Russian invaders broke through the river in the area of the Barvinkivska highway, but were utterly defeated near the Izyum fish farm", he said.
According to Maksym Strelnyk, the Russians are sending "their conscripts, who ingloriously die in the middle of the scrap metal of the Russian "army" to the war against Ukraine".
