In 1 day, Russian forces kill 6 civilians in Severodonetsk, injure at least 8

Luhansk Regional Military Administration Head Sergiy Gaidai shared the details of the Russian attack in his Telegram channel.

"In Severodonetsk, 6 people were killed and at least 8 wounded, most of them near bomb shelters. The city is defending itself," he wrote, citing data from May 24.

Recently, a residential area is continuously shelled, it's extremely difficult to get to the place of death.

Russians are shelling crowded places. Information where the people stay is obtained by drones and learned from gunners.

"Yes, they know that Severodonetsk Nitrogen enterprise has bomb shelters, and shell directly there. Yesterday they killed 4 locals there, 3 more were hospitalized. Also, Russians know what schools have shelters and they shell them on purpose," said Sergiy Gaidai.

On May 24, a woman was injured near one of the educational institutions.

The Regional Head warns that traitors can be around.

"So be careful - traitors may be among you. Allegedly hiding from the shelling and receiving humanitarian aid together with everyone, but at the same time helping Russia," Gaidai wrote.

It is difficult to count the number of houses damaged yesterday. Two houses were destroyed in Severodonetsk. Four in Novodruzhesk, Vrubivka and Komyshuvakha, 3 in Zolote and Toshkivka, 2 in Katerynivka and Nyrkove, and one in Girske were also destroyed.

"Right now, supported by artillery, Russian forces are attacking Severodonetsk," said the regional head.

In one day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 9 Russian attacks, neutralized 3 Russian tanks, 8 artillery systems, 18 armored combat vehicles, one special armored vehicle and one motor vehicle.
