"I expect stronger decisions from the OSCE PA to recognize Russia's actions as terrorism" - Stefanchuk
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, expects more powerful decisions from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) regarding the recognition of Russia's actions as terrorist.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, wrote about this on Facebook, following a meeting with the President of the OSCE PA Margareta Cederfelt.
“If what the Russian Federation is doing is not terrorism, then what is terrorism? This was emphasized during a meeting with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Margareta Cederfelt. The world should not be afraid to call a spade a spade. I am grateful to the OSCE PA for supporting Ukraine and expect even more powerful decisions from the organization,” the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament said.
The OSCE page reported on the discussion of support for Ukraine and its protection.
“The summit was also the opportunity to exchange with the leadership of parliaments and parliamentary assemblies on ways to support Ukraine and defend its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity within its internationally-recognised borders,” the message says.
