“I am thankful for the significant effort that General Milley, Secretary Austin and President Biden are putting personally into meeting the Ukrainian Defence Forces' needs in repelling the Russian large-scale aggression. I have shared assessments of the situation on the front line and security risks which are borne by Russian missile strikes. I have detailed our requests in weapons and equipment, air and missile defense systems. I have ensured that despite the harsh warfighting conditions we continue the struggle for our Victory,” Valerii Zalyzhnyi wrote.
