This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense.
Intelligence noted that fighting continues in Mariupol, and the Russians continue to launch airstrikes on the city.
"The humanitarian situation in Mariupol is deteriorating. More than 160,000 people have no electricity, communications, access to medicine, heat and water", the British Ministry of Defense emphasized.
The invaders prevent access to humanitarian aid in order to force the Ukrainian military to surrender.
