Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration tells about scale of destruction in Bakhmut

Pavlo Kyrylenko told about this during a TV marathon.

"The Russian forces were pushed back to their previous positions, that is outside the city... Our defenders bravely defend Bakhmut and do not allow the enemy to advance," the official noted.

He added that the city itself suffers from this, as it is destroyed by more than 60%.

"Constant shelling continues. Thus, today (January 4 - ed.) two women were killed by artillery shelling in Bakhmut," said Kyrylenko.
