Guerrillas infiltrate territory of Russian airborne assault regiment in Crimea — Atesh movement
Guerrillas of the Atesh movement in the temporarily occupied Feodosia, Crimea, have entered the territory of the Russian 56th Guards Air Assault Regiment
The Atesh guerilla movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars reported the information.
It stated that the movement's agent collected data on the personnel of the unit in Feodosia, equipment and weapons. In particular, there are MI-8 helicopters on the regiment's territory, which are used to evacuate the wounded.
The guerrillas report that, according to their sources, the regiment suffers heavy losses among its personnel due to intense fighting and poorly organized assaults.
"The command replenishes the losses with convicts, which greatly undermines discipline in the unit and causes dissatisfaction, first of all, among local commanders. In the future, we will work more with the personnel of this unit. All the information collected will be transferred to the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the movement informed.
