Oleksandr Kubrakov, Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure, shared the update on Twitter.
"Under the World Food Programme and United Nations, the IKARIA ANGEL loaded with 40 tons of grain was supposed to leave Ukrainian port today. These foodstuffs were intended for Ethiopians, that are on the verge of famine. But due to Russia's blocking of the “grain corridor” these exports are impossible", Kubrakov wrote.
