Governor of Bryansk region Oleksandr Bogomaz informs about this on Telegram.
"Today at 5 a.m. Ukrainian nationalists launched a missile attack on the territory of Starodub municipal district," Bogomaz said.
Russia's air defense systems "repelled the attack, shot down four missiles," he says.
There were no injuries or damage.
