Poland's Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense Mariusz Błaszczak wrote about this on Twitter.
“During today's conversation, I once again convinced Germany that the deployment of Patriot in Ukraine will increase the security of not only Ukraine, but also Poland,” the Polish Deputy Prime Minister tweeted.
Błaszczak emphasized that German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht volunteered to present this proposal to her government.
“I hope this decision will be adopted. I announced my support during a possible negotiation at the NATO forum,” Błaszczak added.
