Germany to hand over 2 IRIS-T air defense systems to Ukraine by the end of 2022 - Ambassador Feldhusen

German Ambassador to Ukraine Anka Feldhusen stated this in an interview with Radio HB. 

According to her, Germany plans to provide two IRIS-T systems by the end of this year and two more at the beginning of next year.

"I am very glad that we will hand over four such systems. This will protect a large area of ​​Ukraine. We have already heard that the first system will definitely be this year, as well as the second system, and the third and fourth later, from the beginning of the new year," Feldhusen said.
