This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
The funds will be used to purchase power equipment necessary for the restoration and repair of Ukrainian energy facilities.
"Germany is a reliable friend and partner of Ukraine. The support of the German people, which we have felt since the first days of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, is extremely important for the energy sector. We are grateful to Germany for this assistance and are working to further expand our energy partnership," said Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko.
Germany's contribution is the result of cooperation between the Ukrainian and German Ministries of Energy, namely the heads of the departments, Herman Halushchenko and Robert Habeck.
